QUOTES

bulletQuotes may be offered and should be regarded as indicative only. A more detailed and final quote will be offered for acceptance prior to the commencement of work.
bulletAll prices quoted are in Australian dollars (AUD).
bulletGoods & Services Tax (GST) will be added for Australian clients.
bulletCopyright of all maps reside with the client. All maps are created from public domain data and carry no copyright encumbrances with the exception of third party data licence agreements (see below). 

INITIALISATION

bulletA map initialisation fee of AUD$100.00 (plus GST for Australian clients) applies to all map projects undertaken. This fee will be absorbed for all projects where the service component is more than AUD$100.00.

CHARGING POLICY

bulletWe offer a service based on an hourly rate. 
bulletData costs are usually additional to service costs. The client may be required to enter into a data licence agreement with third party data suppliers for the use of digital data. Advanced payment for third party data access may be required in some cases.

COMPLETION

bulletAll work will be completed to the highest standard, qualified only by the inherent limitations related to completeness and precision of required third party data.
bulletA first (1st) proof of the finished map will be supplied for comment. This proof is to checked by the client for errors and omissions. Any corrections to the first proof will be made free of charge and a second (2nd) proof will be forwarded to the client for approval of these corrections. Any further alterations will be deemed as author's corrections and will be charged at an hourly rate.
bulletProjects cancelled or suspended will be charged at pro-rata rates.
bulletAll map files and images will be burnt to CD and couriered to the client only after final payment is made.

PAYMENT

bulletInvoices will be issued on all projects
bulletAll invoices are payable within 14 days of invoice date.
bulletInternational orders require half of the quoted cost to be transferred via international bank transfer prior to the commencement of work. The balance being sent via international bank transfer upon acceptance of the second (2nd) proof. 
bulletPayments can be made only by cheque or international bank transfer.
bulletUpon a successful final payment bank transfer, all map files and images will be burnt to CD and couriered to the client.

ACCEPTANCE

bulletEngagement of Map Illustrations requires confirmation by e-mail that you have read, understood and accept these terms.
bulletWe will require a purchase order prior to the commencement of work
